1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. Eligible users can create an account through the sign-in flow; we may restrict or withdraw access where these Terms permit.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping access to your account secure, and for activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

Korema is an AI content-generation workspace that lets you create images and video, organise work across pages, boards and a calendar, and delegate tasks to an AI agent. The Service integrates third-party AI models and may change, add, or remove features over time, including during the beta.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Generate or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others;
• Create sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual, deceptive, or harassing imagery of real individuals;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its providers;
• Use the Service to violate the terms of the underlying model providers listed below.

4. Your content & AI outputs

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (prompts, images, references) and, to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable model provider’s terms, of the outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to your inputs and for how you use the outputs.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and are provided without warranty. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.

5. Third-party services & models

The Service relies on third-party providers to function. Your use of features powered by them is also subject to their terms:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, storage, and serverless infrastructure;
• Vercel — application hosting;
• Google Gemini API — the Korema Agent, prompt and flow generation, transcription, and document/video analysis;
• OpenAI — transcription of audio submitted through voice dictation;
• KIE.ai and fal.ai — image and video model generation, including third-party models routed through them;
• Replicate — background removal;
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech and voice features;
• Google APIs — optional calendar integration;
• Resend — transactional and notification email.

6. Plans & billing

Korema currently offers a free tier. Joining the waiting list or creating a free account does not create a payment obligation.

If paid plans or credit purchases are offered, the applicable price, billing cycle, included usage, and any purchase-specific terms will be presented before you are charged.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Korema and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korema will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which the operator of Korema is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
