Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Korema uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels.
2. Types of cookies we use
Today we use only the first two categories below. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run any third-party analytics or tracking product. If that changes we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie.
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to work, including security and authentication via Google Firebase. These cannot be switched off;
- Functional — your own settings, kept in your browser’s local storage rather than sent to us: language, theme, sidebar and toolbar layout, and similar interface preferences.
3. Third-party cookies
Google / Firebase sets the cookies that keep you signed in, and Vercel may set strictly necessary cookies to serve and secure the application. These providers process data under their own policies. No third party sets advertising or analytics cookies through Korema.
4. Managing your preferences
Because we currently set only strictly necessary and functional storage, our banner asks you to acknowledge this policy rather than to choose between categories — there is nothing optional to switch off yet. You can still control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings; note that doing so signs you out and resets your interface preferences.
5. Changes & contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. For questions, contact studios@korema.ai.
