1. Information we collect

• Contact data — the email address you submit to join the waiting list, and any details you provide when contacting us;
• Account & content data — your profile, the prompts, images, audio, documents, and projects you create or submit;
• Usage & technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and interactions with the site, collected via cookies and similar technologies;
• Payment data — if you make a purchase, billing is handled by the payment provider presented at checkout; we do not store full card details.

2. How we use your information

• To operate the waiting list and send requested product-access or launch updates;
• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its AI features;
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
• To communicate with you about updates, support, and (with your consent) marketing.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

• Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies;
• Contract — to provide the Service and the waiting-list features you request;
• Legitimate interests — to secure and improve the Service;
• Legal obligation — where processing is required by law.

4. Service providers & processors

We share data only as needed with vetted providers that process it on our behalf:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, database, file storage, and serverless functions;
• Vercel — application hosting and content delivery;
• Google Gemini API — the assistant, prompt and flow generation, transcription, and analysis of documents and video you submit;
• OpenAI — transcription of audio you submit through voice dictation;
• KIE.ai and fal.ai — processing of prompts and reference media to generate images and video, including third-party models (such as OpenAI models) routed through them;
• Replicate — background removal on images you submit;
• ElevenLabs — processing of text and voice data for speech features;
• Google APIs — optional calendar synchronisation you explicitly enable;
• Resend — sending transactional and notification emails.

5. AI processing of your content

When you use generation features, the prompts and any reference media you submit are sent to the relevant model provider to produce your output. We instruct providers to process this data to deliver the feature; please review their policies for details on their handling and retention.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Waiting-list emails are retained until you ask us to remove them or the program ends. You can request deletion at any time.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Security

We use technical and organisational measures — including access controls and locked-down database rules — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data;
• Restrict or object to processing, and request data portability;
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
